Reiki Level 1 Training is a one-day course on Saturday, 25th October 2025(10:00–17:00) that introduces you to the foundations of Reiki. You will learn about the history and principles of Usui Reiki, how to channel healing energy, and hand positions for treating yourself, friends, and family. This training also includes guided meditation and plenty of practice time so you leave feeling confident and connected to Reiki energy. A full manual and certificate are provided, and upon booking you will receive a guided self-healing meditation to prepare you for the day.
Reiki Level 2 Training is a two-day practitioner course, Saturday 22nd & Sunday 23rd November 2025 (10:00–17:00 each day) for those ready to deepen their Reiki journey. You will learn the traditional Usui Reiki symbols, distance healing techniques, and intuitive practices that allow you to support clients on a professional level. This workshop also covers ethics, client care, and practical steps for setting up your Reiki practice. Manuals, certificates, and guided practice sessions are included.
Both Reiki trainings are held in Beckenham, BR3 4RB (full address provided after booking). Students are asked to bring a light lunch; microwaves are available for use. Each course is taught in a small, supportive group to ensure individual guidance and a calm, nurturing environment.
